Prefabrication of process piping for various industries
We perform process piping prefabrication works and prefabricated piping assemblies from a wide range of materials, including carbon steels, low-alloy steels, stainless steels, duplex and super-duplex steels, as well as heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloys intended for demanding process conditions.
Prefabrication can be carried out in accordance with European standards (EN), including EN 13480 and PED 2014/68/EU, as well as ASME standards (such as ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.1), or other applicable project specifications required by the client.
Our workshop ensures a stable prefabrication capacity of approximately 9,000–12,000 welded dia-inches per month, while maintaining strict quality control, full material traceability and reliable adherence to project schedules.
Installation and welding of process piping and misc. equipment
We perform installation of process piping and various types of equipment, including heavy equipment such as reactors, columns and vessels.
We provide services related to equipment installation, ranging from planning and project preparation to certification, registration, and commissioning of the equipment and its systems.

Touch-up painting of anti-corrosion coatings at construction sites
We perform restoration and touch-up painting of anticorrosive coatings for steel structures and piping at construction sites, ensuring effective protection of surfaces against corrosion and the required durability in accordance with the applicable environmental corrosivity class.
Installation, maintenance and repair of static & rotating equipment
We perform installation, maintenance and repair work on pumps, compressors and other rotating equipment to ensure reliable, safe and long-term operation of the equipment.
Assembly and repair of vessels, columns, reactor internal equipment
We perform installation work of industrial equipment, columns and reactors, including assembly of internal equipment, assemblies and components according to project documentation and technical requirements. We have many years of experience in installing internal equipment of reactors, columns, separators, and various tanks in the Oil Refining and Chemical industries.
Implementation of engineering projects from planning, material procurement to commissioning works
